This task force team is chaired by Pastor Norm and its intentions are to bring social and economic change to the lives of at least 10,000 people in Tairawhiti through developing new innovative ministries and systems that will help break the yokes of poverty, injustice and oppression that have afflicted thousands of people on the coast for decades. Their strategy is to identify the problems, identify the causes and then develop strategic solutions  for implementation. This is strongly connected to our 7 Waka vision.
